How the Hawaii knowledge test works
The written knowledge test has 30 multiple-choice questions, and you need 24 right (80%) to pass. This practice exam uses the same size and pass mark.
Based on the Hawaii Driver's Manual (HPC 10/18). Always confirm the current test with the official licensing agency.
How this practice exam works
- Questions are picked at random from the whole handbook, so every exam is different.
- Like the real test, nothing is marked until you submit.
- Jump between questions, flag the ones you're unsure of, and change any answer.
- Then review every answer with its explanation and handbook page.
