You are responsible for verifying
We write our questions using the official state driver handbook as a reference. Even so, you are responsible for checking every rule, answer and explanation against your state's current official handbook, its laws and its licensing agency before relying on it. Our content is not updated in real time: when a new handbook edition or a change in the law comes out, we add updates over time. Where anything on Yield & Go differs from the official handbook or the law, the official source is correct.
No responsibility for errors or results
We work to keep the content accurate, but laws, handbooks and test procedures change and mistakes can happen. Yield & Go makes no promise that any question, answer, explanation, illustration or page reference is correct, complete or current, and is not responsible for any wrong or outdated answer. Scores on our practice tests don't predict or guarantee your result on any official test, and we are not responsible for your test results or for any decision you make based on the site.
Using the site
You may use Yield & Go for your own personal, non-commercial study. You agree not to:
- copy, collect or republish our questions, answers, explanations or illustrations, including by scraping, bots or other automated means;
- use the site's API outside the website, or try to get around its limits or security;
- interfere with the site or other people's use of it.
We may limit or block access to protect the service.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information the site uses, including what is saved in your browser and any analytics or advertising services, and the choices you have.
Our content
The questions, explanations, sign illustrations and site design are created by Yield & Go and are protected by copyright. State handbooks and official materials belong to their publishers; we link to them rather than host them.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The site and all of its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent the law allows, Yield & Go and the people who run it are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content, including failing a test, a delayed license, or any driving decision.
